ERGOLINE® Aktiv is a seating system for patients who are very active despite physical limitations and whose movement sequences can be therapeutically encouraged and improved. It consists of an aluminum seat and back section and custom-made upholstery. With a large selection of standardized accessories, it can be adapted to specific requirements.
Product details
The ERGOLINE® Aktiv seat and backrest units are available in 2, 3 or 4 mm thick aluminum versions and can therefore be optimally adjusted to the patient’s weight. The back unit is available in a straight or rounded design. The seat shell parts, which are connected with two hinges, allow variable seat angle adjustment.
The two-part seat upholstery is individually adapted to the patient’s needs and is made of cold foam as standard. If medically necessary, soft foam or relax foam can be used as an option. The breathable, removable and washable upholstery covers made of high-quality material ensure optimum hygiene and durability.
We offer a wide range of accessories to take account of the patient’s limitations and level of activity, including fixation aids, additional padding and support aids for the head, torso, pelvis, arms, legs and feet.

The ERGOLINE® Aktiv seating system with the medical aid number (HMV no.: 26.11.03.0001) is a product registered in the list of medical aids of the GKV central association (central interest group of the statutory health and long-term care insurance funds in Germany).
Cost coverage is not excluded. We have had good to very good experiences with many of the leading health insurance companies for appropriate indications.

The ERGOLINE® Aktiv sitting aid is suitable for patients who are very active despite physical limitations and can assume their sitting position independently or with minimal support. Your movement sequences can be therapeutically encouraged and improved. Physical limitations can be caused by functional deficits in the interaction of the pelvis and spine. These can be caused by congenital or acquired deformities of the supporting apparatus, such as bony joint structures, or by insufficiencies of the musculoskeletal system.
